Although hot dogs are not high on the list of the grilling elite, they taste good and are easy to make. The trick with a hot dog is to buy the right one. Amonst beef hot dogs, the clear winner of easily available hot dogs is the Boar's Head Beef Frankfurter. This is in a red label, and is NOT low fat and IS NOT SKINLESS! The latter two varieties of Boar's Head hot dogs taste terrible.
