Off To Utah!

Today is a travel day: the entire family is headed off to St. George in Southern Utah for a week of communing with nature (and tennis). Although I am extremely excited about the trip, I am a little bit leery of the food offerings in St. George. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. In fact, I am traveling with a vacuum packed pound of Zabar's coffee as a guarantee that at least my day will start out on a comforting and tasty note.
