Grilled garlic tastes great, and there is no other vegetable easier to grill. Simply take a whole bulb of garlic, place on a hot grill, and cover. Don't worry as it burns, its only the skin. The actual cloves are softening and carmelizing. The garlic is ready when the cloves are soft to the touch.
