Ranger's Go to 5 and 0 in win against Devils

First the weird news: 19 year old New York Rangers draft pick Alexei Cherepanov died Monday shortly after collapsing on the bench during a Continental Hockey League game in Russia. There was no precipitating incident and according to news sources had no other medical problems. The lovely wife said "oh, he must have had IHSS," which is a cardiomyopathy relatively common in young athletes. Needless to say, other members of section 314 just sort of looked at her. One said, "oh yeah, that's what I thought." However, I bet she is right!

After a moment of silence for the young man, the National Anthem was sung by John Amarante and the Rangers beat the Devils 4-1, with strong performances by Dubinsky, Voros and Lundqvist. They had Dancing Granny today and not Dancing Larry. We were sad. Section 314 is being filmed for an upcoming promo as well: I doubt I will be in it but the guy who made the section 314 tee-shirts who starts all the cheers is clearly a star.
